Lauren Pence

Lauren Pence resides in Benton, though she was born and raised in Arlington, Texas. She has been working in the home exterior industry since 2018. Afterward, she transitioned into the medical field, where she spent two years working in the Emergency Department during and after COVID. Human Resources was always supportive, which helped her recognize her passion for helping others and inspired her to pursue a career in Human Resource Management. She is deeply committed to supporting people and finds great fulfillment in doing so. In the future, she plans to further her career by pursuing therapy or possibly nursing.

She holds an Associate of Science degree in Human Resource Management and is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In her current role, her responsibilities include managing payroll, processing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with both financial and HR regulations. She also prepares financial reports, helps oversee the approval of bills, prepares warrants, and records transactions in the appropriate accounts. Additionally, she issues accounts payable checks for the owners’ signature and prepares weekly payroll, ensuring all deductions, direct deposits, and withholdings are accurately processed.  I work directly alongside our CFO as well. She genuinely enjoys her job, particularly the opportunity to assist others and contribute to the company's growth. It has been rewarding to be a part of EcoView's journey from the very beginning and witness its development.

Outside of work, she is passionate about volleyball, both playing and watching, whether on the sand or court. She began playing at the age of five and continued through college, where she was ranked in the top five nationally. She also enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Uzi and Winston, and relaxing by watching scary movies with her husband.
