Chad Painter

With over 11 years of canvass management experience, Chad brings a deep understanding of leadership, team development, and field execution. He holds a degree in Psychology and was just four classes away from earning his Master’s in Counseling Psychology before choosing to pursue a career in sales a decision driven by his passion for personal growth and leadership. His background in psychology continues to shape his management style, especially in his belief in the power of positive reinforcement.

Chad’s process is thorough and hands-on, starting with recruiting and interviews, followed by turf planning, and then executing in the field alongside his team. He has a strong passion for finding and developing young talent especially those who may have never been told they’re doing a good job. Chad looks for emerging leaders and takes pride in coaching those who are eager to learn and grow.

Outside of work, Chad is deeply family-oriented. He spends most of his free time with his younger brother, who is ten years his junior, sharing hobbies and making the most of their time together. That same sense of connection and support shines through in the way Chad leads with empathy, commitment, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
